No amp ... Help me find an amp

Most SS heads have the electroics covered however, and thise grill is open, so I'd say maybe the tubes are out of it. You just hardly ever see a SS head opened up like that with a grill.

Never noticed the standby switch though, oops.

Yea, its definitely a SS. No tubes, no standby switch (yes, I realize that some tube amps don't have a standby).

As for 300w, I highly doubt that too. Probably 300w max handling power.

My guess is its some 100w transtube or something similar.

I was right...

Peavey Supreme XL amp head 100w SS transtube technology

...with the grill removed.LINKY

It's probably not bad, maybe pretty decent. I'd say go for as a temporary thing, if you're buying a good cab...then use money you save up for a good tube [or SS (your choice] head for some seriously awesome tone.

...with a GOOD cab, though.

Yeah, does anyone see any sockets for all these:?

"Four 6L6GC and three 12AX7 tubes"

The built in reverb must be behind the knobs.

Prolly not bad for the price unless there is something wrong with it.

Edit: Good find Dudey!
