How do i convert WAV to MP3 without losing lots of quality? When I do an audio mixdown from Cubase into mp3 it sounds really bad but WAV sounds nice however I cannot upload WAV files on the internet so is there anyway of gettin a good MP3?

Generally if you encode your MP3s at 192k that's considered "near CD" quality with acceptable file sizes. The higher the bitrate you encode at the bigger the file size.

Google for a freeware program called CDex. It'll help you out...

Yeah just google for a free converter. I don't personally like exporting .mp3's from Cubase, I've experienced the same thing as you in the past. I use Switch converter, never had any problems with that.
