OK, so the question is in an isosceles right triangle, the hypotenuse is 6.7in. Find the length of the sides to nearest tenth.

you would use the extended ratio x:x:x(SQRT of 2) since the triangle is a 45-45-90 triangle...simple but i do not know how to change 6.7 into x(SQRT of 2)

I remember my mum and dad went out to the cinema, and when they were driving home they looked to their left and a guy in a gorilla suit was in the passenger seat of the car next to them, waving at them You should keep it just for that.

Or 2x^2 = 6.7^2 and solve for x.
Life is underrated.

That's like saying you got cancer that comes with AIDS.
6.7/X=root2/2
root2x=13.4
x=13.4/root2
My sig used to be so awesome it got me banned
