Whenever I completely mute my Xiphos with my hand after playing a chord or a note, something on the guitar keeps resonating, making a ringing noise. I get the same sound from hitting the bridge with my hand, and the sound is only being picked up by the bridge pickup. This only started happening to me a couple of days ago.

What's the problem here? I can't describe how annoying it is. And please don't tell me that my muting technique is wrong, I've ruled that out a long time ago.
If you have a tremolo see if the springs on the trem are ringing.

You can stop microphonic pickups by either replacing them, wax potting them or just putting some high density foam underneath that will stop the pickup from vibrating and making sound.

It was the springs. I put some stuff under them to absorb the vibrations and voila, problem gone.
