hey guys

i just bought a bugera 6260
and ive never used an effects loop before

i have a boss gt-8 pedal that i need to use some of the effects for

i have it set up with the amps effects send going into the pedals input and from there i go from the pedals out put into the return of the amp

and some of the effects either arent working or are extremely quiet

what should i do?

thanks

read the manuals on both? they must be saying something about combining pedals. if that's not at all what you mean, then it's time for me to go to bed
I fell asleep on my arm once, scariest thing that ever happened to me. I thought it was kill.

Try reversing the cords.

If that doesn't work, tweak the volumes on the individual effects via the GT8, then level the channel volumes for clean/dirty on the amp's head.

No sweat.
Do you feel warm within your cage?

And have you figured out yet -

i never tried using a multi-effects processer through an FX loop before, so i dont know how that really works. but i do run my Delay pedal and a chorus through it sometimes with no problems

you don;t want to use pedals in the effects loop - that's why they're pedals, so you can turn them on/off with your foot. the effects loop is for noise suppressors, gates, compressors, equalizers, and tuners; pretty much stuff for your rack
It's all about feel

so then why run a floor multi effects processor pedal through one if you can turn it on or off with your foot...its the same thing.haha

but you can pretty much run any kind of delay, modulation pedal, or somthing through the FX loop. been doing it for years and so have many people. works great for me

i do have some rack stuff that i used to run through there, but pedals are easier to run
