Hey guys,

I have a Traveller MK-II bass.

A guy is offering me what he says is a Schecter PT Custom, but the thing is I have never seen it in this finish, much less heard of Schecter's PT series.

Is this a good deal? Both of our guitars are iin great condition, so that is a non-issue. I will not do the deal if his guitar's origional price is less than mine.

Any help? Should I do it?

It's a good deal. the PT series of schecters look like Tele's but don't have SC's (usually). I haven't been able to find much on it, but the standard is the same price as that bass.

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.
