Im looking to replace the stock pickups in my mexican tele.
I play mainly contemporary rock. Lots of math, experimental etc.
Im looking for pickups that will make my polyrhythms and general one hand tapping have plenty of sustain and clarity.

I was thinking of putting in a seymour duncan hot rails in the bridge position and a seymour duncan APTR II in the neck position.

I just wanted opinions and any advice/suggestions that only the lovely UGers can give.

I can't comment too much on either of those pickups for your style of music, but be aware that they are cheaper at www.gak.co.uk, and that dolphin music don't seem to carry anything is stock, they order it when you place your order.

Edit: You might also want to ask over in the - Telecaster Thread
