as long as your MIM has a vintage style trem and not a knife style it should bolt right up.

It you have an older MIM Standard Strat, that bridge won't fit. You'll have to get the 2007 or later MIM Standard Strat bridge with the beefier trem block. If your MIM is a Re-Issue, then the holes will line up. The string spacing for the MIA or MIJ ('62 RI and others) is slightly larger than the MIM Standard.

no, They have different spacing on some.
