Is there a way I can find out what was erased from my history, like is it stored in a recyling bin of some sorts? Or is it gone for good?

if you used IE, you can go to start, run and type in "http" and it'll pop down a list of ALL the web pages you've ever gone to

EDIT: To the guy above me, I tryed that and all it gave me was UG and google, the stuff I've been on after the history was erased.
