Yet another guitar petition thingy
I have asked once or twice but this is definitive, don't expect another guitar request from me in at least 2 years
So I narrowed it down to 2 guitars:

Ibanez ICT700 (Right now you might be thinking I'm a hypocrite)
ESP LTD EC-500

Both are mahogany.
The LTD is set neck, Ibanez is neck through.
Both are fixed bridge.
LTD = EMG 81/60.
Ibanez = DiMarzio Evolution.
Mahogany neck LTD
Maple/Walnut Wizard neck Ibanez
Rosewood Fingerboard both.

It's a simple matter of A or B, I want your opinions and suggestions.

Opinions on the guitars maybe?
Are there similar guitars that are better?
Which one of those is better?

Ah, I thought so.

I'd go with the Ibanez, only because I have a guitar with EMGs already, and I'd like a bit more versatility.

Ibanez = DiMarzio Evolution.

Nope, they're D-Activators, supposedly have an active-ish tone without the compression.

+1 to the Iceman.
RIP Jasmine You.

LTD as it's probably MIK which is arguably better than MII.
Current Gear:
LTD MH-400 with Gotoh GE1996T (EMG 85/60)
PRS SE Custom 24 (Suhr SSH+/SSV)
Ibanez RG3120 Prestige (Dimarzio Titans)
Squier Vintage Modified 70s Jazz V
Audient iD22 interface
Peavey Revalver 4, UAD Friedman BE100/DS40
Adam S3A monitors

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.
