Ive been looking to upgrade my electric for quite a while and I believe I have decided on a schecter. I've played c-1's and and a few tempests and I believe I like the tempest the best BUT, I haven't been able to get my hands on a pt(or pt fastback) yet.
So can anyone tell me how the pt's compare to the other schecters?

i traded in my c1+ for one.

suits my style of play. i love the pickups and how versatile this thing is.

the neck is still glossed over like most schecters. it's well balanced and looks sharp.

Jenny needs to sow her wild oats with random Gibsons and Taylors she picks up in bars before she settles down with a PRS.

i love my strats, but i need humbuckers too. no metal, just popular 90s, college, alternative and modern rock.

so this guitar is perfect.
because it's got a mini humbucker in the bridge, and full sized neck, both on a push pull pot.

so it gives me single coil like cleans, and full out dark rhythm when needed.

it's not twangy like a telecaster. it's more like a lighter sounding lp with a bright bridge.

I love mine - like Jenny said there's more of a Les Paul vibe with the mahogany body and bridge humbucker, but it's still got that edgy telecaster bite thanks to the metal bridge plate.
