If at all. Recently I discovered I could play Xbox whilst running on a treadmill. it works quite nicely. It does look rather retarded though.

The local gym. They have TVs so you can watch stuff while you're running. They play crap on the music channel most of the time, they played an Opeth song one time. Never heard anything from Opeth ever again on that channel.

I need to start lifting again but for now I play basketball at least twice a week and I play a lot of racquetball for about 3 hours each time I play. I'm in pretty good shape, like I said I just need to start lifting more often.

To be honest, I don't exercise at all if possible. I eat a lot of food too, not usually too healthy either, I just don't gain weight, weird, but I like it.

Beating the crap out of poor innocent boxing bags, Jogging occasionally, Not eating often and Going out with friends and doing crap.
aslong as you dont pump yourself full of sugar and fat its ok, and if you have a social life, just walking around and stuff should keep you at a healthy is wieght

I ride my bike. I usually go 3-4 times a week for 30-45min each which is about 30 miles a week.

an hour of weightlifting every other weekday in PE
2 1/2 hours of cross country practice every weekday, and some saturdays
bike riding every now and then for transportation (no drivers license yet )

im about an hours walk from my high school so i walk and then i have to run when i get there, and sumtimes i do sum situps and pushups(like once a week) yet sumhow im still overweight, im told stress has sumthin to do with it, does it or do i need to go on a "diet" too

i live with a few people so its usually a race to the fridge to get the last frozen burrito or the computer.......
so mainly walking to the fridge and back then the occasion running from the cops.....oh and i sometimes go out at night and just walk, its very peaceful.


i dont need any exercise at all, i eat so very much but dont gain a pound

I parkour and skateboard.
And run 10 minutes to the bus every day I don't have my board.
And usually do 20 situps at night, and 20 pushups.
I'm pretty fit.
