So i think I might have ordered the wrong speaker cable.

I ordered a Crate V33H amp head, so I know that one end needs to be the 1/4 connector. But I don't know if the other end needs to be like this or not:

I took a regular guitar cable and put it in there, and it fits, but it's kinda loose (it eaisly comes out without a problem.) I need to know really soon because I need to know if I should cancel the order or not. I already called musiciansfriend today and they added that wire with free shipping, so I need to call them soon to still get free shipping if its the wrong cable!

Thanks!

No, you need a 1/4 inch male-to-male speaker cable to go from a head to a cab. The ends should click into place snugly--anything else is a VERY bad move. Here is a link to what you should look for: http://accessories.musiciansfriend.com/product/Monster-Cable-Standard-S100-14-14-Speaker-Cable?sku=331640

You don't have to buy a Monster Cable, but that's the right kind of cable.

And don't EVER use a guitar cable instead. This has been discussed at length on here as to how bad an idea it is. Search for it if you need more info.
'Cause I have done it before and I will do it some more....

Haha, thanks. I've read all the threads about using guitar cables, but I just used it to see if it was the right kind!

Thanks, I'll most likely order those!
