You are trying to break into the music industry. You have a guitar, a computer and a set of vocal chords. You might be able to crank up the bass and pass off playing singles notes as a bass riff, but when it comes to drums you are stuck. Enter me! I’ll record drums for $10 a track. Sure you could use your home recording program and create a loop, but unless you put a LOT of effort in, a loop sounds boring with no accents.

I use a DTXpress 4 electronic kit, the sounds are immaculate, studio quality because they were recorded in a studio. I myself have been playing drums for 11 years, bass for 5 and guitar for 4. I teach all of them and am a freelance graphic designer, so I’m treating this the same as commission based work. I record through pro tools as well as garage band using an mbox2 to my imac, so quality isn’t lost along the way. I have been in several bands as well as working on my own stuff. If you are interested, just message me and we’ll work out the details.

The styles I prefer are:
Punk
Folk rock
Jazz
Acoustic stuff
Ska
Country
Brit-Rock
