okay so i have been playing guitar for a couple of years now and all of a sudden my amp a fender 212r http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/reviews/guitar_amplifiers/fender/fm_212r/ starts making this huge squeal that i can not stop when i go above like pass 3 on the amp. i turn down my guitar all the way and it makes the loudest humming noise ever does anyone know whatcould be causing this? any help is appreciated becuase i dont know crap about amps.

What kind of guitar do you have? If it has single-coils this could be microphonic feedback(did I get the feedback type right?), the same stuff that makes microphones do that when pushed up to speakers.

would that happen on a Solid State amp tho?

There could be something wrong with the amp, but make sure you validate it is not a faulty cable, pedal, battery, wall outlet, or some other form of interference. Your guitar may not be grounded poperly either or the ground wire came loose.

Can you try your guitar in another amp?
Can you try a different guitar in your amp?
