Put this in recording section but got no answer

I put stuff on the piano roll in FL Studio, but when I put it in my other recording program it plays at like 3x the speed. Besides the obvious recording the other part slower what else can I do to fix this?

The only thing with that is it's a pain in the arse b/c they have different tempo set-ups.

explain more cause basically all tempo programs use the same
if one is on 120bpm, the other 140 bpm then there is a problem
