Two pickups I'm interested in.
How good are the SD 59 reissue pickup and the SD Custom custom pickup?
Also, with the 59 in the neck, and the Custom in the bridge, what kind of sounds will I be getting? What will the versatility be?

Thanks

What guitar do you have?
What amp do you have?
What kind of stuff do you play?
What's wrong with your tone now and how do you want it to change?

Right now its an Epi LP Special II, but the one I'm looking at is a Washburn WI65 Pro (Its got the SD pups in it).
Vox AD15VT
A lot. Blues, blues rock, rock, hard rock, a little punk, some serial/atonal.
Its a Special II LP. That should explain what's wrong with the tone. :P Otherwise, I'd like a little bit of a better distortion, and some nice overdrive tones.

I've got a Little '59T in the bridge position of my Squier Telecaster. I have the '59T full size humbucker in the neck position. It suits me fine.

Seymour Duncan has an outstanding customer service department. You can email them or call them. Tell them about your guitar and amp and what type of sound you'd like. They can recommend a set of pick-ups.

Not going to make a huge difference through your current amp to be honest, but they're a good set for the kind of stuff you play.
