I know how rock supposedly advocates youth, sex, drugs, and all that fun stuff, but I'd like to know what you think the best anti-drug rock song is.
My vote:
Neil Young - Needle and the Damage Done.

I'm disappointed at the lack of "Straight Edge" by Minor Threat.

Porn is in the forest, in your parents bedroom, in the sea.
But most importantly, in your heart.

COCAINE!!! either JJ Cale's or Clapton's, both sound amazing
They credited us with the birth of that sort of heavy metal thing. Well, if that's the case, there should be an immediate abortion.

White Lines was Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five (orignal and mcuh better version)

Don't like Uncle Neil, but someone has to mention, "Needle and the damage done".

And Herion by Velvet Underground. Isn't anti-drug per se, but sure doesn't sugarcoat things.

The worst anti-drug album has got to be St Anger.
sometimes I see us in a cymbal splash or in the sound of a car crash

NIN (Johnny Cash) - Hurt

That song has the power to reduce Mr. T to tears.

Would Wish You Were Here count? I mean it is about the effects of drugs on someone.

Definately. That and Shine On You Crazy Diamond

Remember when you were young, you shone like the sun.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Now there's a look in your eyes, like black holes in the sky.

We Are All On Drugs-Weezer

this song has nothing to do with drugs. it is about seeing how other people behave and how what they consider normal could be so different from our version of normal that they seem like they are on drugs.

Quote by Flying Couch
"That Smell" - Lynyrd Skynyrd

Technically more anti-alcoholism, but whatever.

Well they do reference needles in arms in the song and it was about Rossington's car crash when he was loaded on all kinds of drugs and alcohol.

Also, Needle and a Spoon- Lynyrd Skynyrd

The Kids Aren't Alright by the Offspring
and Hurt-the Johnny Cash version.
OneHappyCamper is right that song, especially the Johnny Cash video, could bring Arnold, Mr. t, and Chuck Norris to tears.

EDIT: and TIMES OF TROUBLE BY TEMPLE OF THE DOG, probably the best song regarding the effects of drugs I've heard.
EDIT2: this song by COLD http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKuFDAFdP1o
