kanji isn't plain japanese, kanji is basically what your name means.

Ie, mine, Andrew, is "Ideas, Leading, Flow"

In any case, I would just write it in katakana (the character set they use for Western words). You could get a bunch of kanji that spell out "mi-chi-e-ru", but to be honest there's probably hundreds of them, and for every one that means "truth honestly and honour" there's one that means "rampaging goat sex".

ミチエル is katakana for Mitchell and that's all anyone who was trying to actually speak/write Japanese would use. If you're looking for a bunch of fancy shit to get a tattoo with or something else, then I can't help you. But anyone who knew the language would think it was stupid as **** anyway.
