so quite a while ago on Musiciansfriend.com, I saw a Washburn bass that had a whammy bar on it. I finally saved up for it and it is now gone. I also can't find it on washburns site either. Does anyone know what model this washburn bass was so that I can look for it elsewhere on the net?

I don't think I've ever seen a bass with a whammy. WTF.

Anywho, I got my bass, and it said it was discontinued on that site too, so there still may be a couple left.

general consensus here is that you wouldn't want a bass with a whammy anyway. that's not my perosnal oppinion, seeing as i don't have any experience with them, but everyone else here seems to harbor...mean feelings for them.

EDIT:I gotta admit, that's pretty effin cool
