Hey everyone. Since I started writing music a couple of years ago, 99% of my music has been angry or sad. I am not a sad/angry person generally. Even the chord progressions I use sound sad or angry. Has anyone else ran into this problem before? How can I fix it?

thanks. Yeah i've tried to force the happy shit but it always sounds way too cheesy. Perhaps it's because I'm so happy all the time and I just dont find the time to express any other emotions?

I only write angry songs now. I used to be able to write cheesy stuff, but I lost it when my soul became consumed with metal.
