Ok ive posted many which amp threads but i think this one will be my last

I can buy either a USED spider valve combo (112) (with 50 pounds for pedals)
A USED VC30 (212) (with 50 pounds for pedals)
or a NEW Buger 333/6262 (no money for pedals)

so my tastes are classic rock( on the harder side), old school metal (metallica/ iron maiden) and some cleans for interludes/ ballads

so help me decide guys

The things that shine with the VC are the cleans and its low gain, if that isnt a priority to you then knock it out of the list (You shouldnt be considerng the 212 anyway, the 112 would be a better option.), however, you spend a good amount on a good distortion/overdrive, youd probably get everything you want out of it as long as its not too heavy.

The bugeras are a bit more high gain than what your looking at, and despite the fact ive never tried the spider valve i wouldnt trust it as far as i could throw it. (/bias) But thats just me being elitist.

Have a look ath the Laney LC30s, and Soundcity SC30, they seem a little more you.

Maybe even a good modeler like the Flextone or Vetta etc.
