So basically, i play hard rock, metal, blues, and like fiddling around with diffrent genres.
im picking up a new amp and am a bit torn between these two.

a crate v50

I wouldn't count on either of these amps for metal, but I think the crate takes the cake for rock and blues. I think you might need an overdrive for hard rock. If metal is your thing I'd look a a cube 30x or a cube 60 for that much.

Also, skierinanutshel is right, definitely try them first.

there is a good chance that tube is cold plated


anyways, op if you do play a lot of classic rock, blues, hard rock, like you mentioned the v50 will capably do that
