Hello Pit, I have a question for you. I have wanted to learn Keyboard for a while now, and I'm about to start saving up. But I also want to learn to play drums. Now should I save up for a Keyboard, or some drums? I'm currently leaning towards a keyboard.

If I decide to get a keyboard how much should I save? I already sorta know how much drums are, but I have no Idea how much a good starter keyboard would cost.

tl:dr:should i save for keyboard or drums? how much is a decent keyboard?

I'm an idiot, how do you make a poll? I looked for it, but I'm not seeing it.

I'll be the first to say drums. It will really help out your rhythm and help you figure out song structure better. I bet it will really help out your song writing too.

Get a MIDI controller and play both.

playing by yourself is like masturbating, sure it feels great, but it's nothing compared to the real deal.

i think a synth keyboard would be really cool to have

if you get good at drums you will easily go much further into the music industry if you are serious about it.

But keyboards i think would be more fun.

I'm not really worried about going anywhere with either of these, (on the small chance I do get big it will be with guitar (hopefully)), it's really just to mess around and be able to play just one more instrument ya know?
