After watching some bands last night (Kill Hannah, Serpico, Gun Dogs and My Passion) me and my friends decided that we are going to put a band together; like a kind of hard rock style (black stone cherry, guns n roses, serpico)... so far we have two guitarists and a bassist (me on lead guitar, ryan on rhythm and sorsha on bass) ... but I dont know what guitar to buy ...

Epiphone Explorer (ebony)
Epiphone SG G-400 (cherry)
Epiphone Les Paul Standard (ebony)

Please tell me your opinions and if you have any other suggestions

Influences: HIM, Aiden, Black Stone Cherry, Avenged Sevenfold, Serpico, Guns N Roses, Sex Pistols, Ramones, Misfits, Kill Hannah ... but we only plan on playing hard stuff XD

I'd go with the Explorer. It is the most metal.

Ibanez SR506BM
Ashdown Little Giant 1000w
Peavey TVX 115+410
A big ass upright

any of those would be fine. all you need to determine is the playability or feel of the guitar. try out some in your local music store.
Ibanez RG321MH (Air Classic/Tone Zone)
Fernandes Telecaster (Twang King/stock bridge pickup)
Blackstar HT-20 (Scumback 55 speaker/ Tung Sol tubes)

then you should drive, you gotta "feel" the guitar to know what guitar is for you, there's no other way to decide for a guitar

if you can't drive and your parents can't drive you, can't you ask a friend or relative to take you there? or maybe ride a bus or something.

G-400. It's awesome.

And SGs just LOOK better than anything else.

For depth of tone, the LP will always reign supreme, but its playability isn't as good.

Explorers tick much the same boxes as the LP, but are a bit brasher and conjure up more Spinal Tap imagery for me.

They'll all sound much the same. My advice, pick the one that looks coolest!
