I have T-MO BB Curve 8320 with ver 22.214.171.124 and I'm trying to use documents to go to edit a doc. When I save and close I'm not able to open the doc anymore. I get the message "an internal error has occurred! (1019)" does anyone what's wrong? I really want to be able to edit my docs AND actually be able to view them again. Thanks in advance for any help.
I'd suggest calling them directly. Might be a software problem.
