So im repainting a bronze series mockingbird i got for free and giving it to a friend (i hate bc rich)
right now the repainting is going with little problems
but my friend asked if its possible for me to put some writing on the new white headstock
mockingbird

does anyone know what method i use for this
im pretty sure there was nothing in the painting thread describing this

ok so the first idea isnt going to work because the headstock is laquered and the instructions say you cant have the laquer on yet
but it has to be on top of the white

im checking llpon's idea

edit: do i use the wood decal paper or something else since the basecoat of white lacquer is already on
