Oh my god. I just heard these on youtube. this is like THE tone I want from strats. Booming bass and treble, big punchy tone and sustain, but with the strat sparkle there all the way through.

Is there any chance someone knows of pickups that might sound similar. Maybe from GFS so I dont have to blow too much money? Maybe Ill just pray that fender releases the pickups

heres a video demo. it doesnt really get good until a minute or two in.

keep in mind the amp he's playing through, that has a lot more to do with your tone than pickups.

There are a lot of other pickups that are similar. The big dippers neck is based on a 1962 strat pickup. The middle pickup is very similar to some of the overwound early 60's pickups. The bridge pickup is the only thing that is all the different for pickups we have heard a million times before and that is similar to my hot texan pickup. You won't find any of these cheap from GFS but most good boutique builders could do them for you.
Not taking any online orders.
