I generally stretch the fronts and backs of my wrists by holding my arm out straight and pulling my hand towards me with the other hand (palm facing you will stretch the front of your wrist, and vice versa). Then I roll my wrists around a couple times after the stretch.

Works well for me. Getting your wrists limber is important in not getting hurt while playing.

EDIT: Who would've guessed that, of all people, I would give the only serious answer.

do reverse curls with very light dumbells - just with the wrist...rock it back. also carefully do regular wrist curls. A good overall workout routine is reccomended...even cardio.

yeah fap.. my whole left arm is loads more defined and shit by doing that.. (yeah i'm left handed in the bedroom(well my bedroom) and a righty in everything else)

Hammer curls. It'll work your forearm out anyway. Maybe some pullups or rock climbing or stuff like that. For some warmups just do a few stretches.

I'm alright, though just started a very busy and expensive part of life, so no... I haven't picked up a synth yet, I haven't really recorded anything in a long time. I'm just doing what I can with Reason. When I can free up some cash I'm gonna pick up a keyboard/synth. How're you doing?
