Steve Vai's 10 hour guitar work-out. It's not the best, but it can give you a crapload to work on. It's on here somewhere.

Vai's ten-hour workout only works if you know what to do with it. It only even comes to 10 hours if you know how to do it right...

Either way, it can give you ideas on what you need to work on (right hand, left hand, timing, etc.). You don't need to do it perfect the first time for it to help. And god help anyone who plays for an actual 10 hours more than once. You'll destroy yourself or get burned out of playing guitar.

One of the best websites i've found for exercises is http://www.guitarcardio.com/. I use it quite often.

Get yourself a metronome to go with it. Google metronome if you don't have one.
For those who care.
