Hi, my epi les paul fell over last night and the E string tuning knob snapped off, which means I can't tune it anymore.

What can I do to fix this, or is it goodnight guitar?

he just answered your question. get a new tuning peg. you will have to remove the old one and replace it. find out how to do that
Gibson SG Standard
Epiphone Les Paul Custom

it's a case of new tuning peg. if you can't do it, take it to your nearest guitar shop or general musical instrument shop and ask them if they can do it. 90% of good instrument shops should sort it ok.

at VERY worst, it's a case of buying a new neck, top nut and tuning pegs.

not in ANY way is it goodbye guitar.
