I just setup my strat with 9 gauge strings to the way I like it. Here are the specs:

Neck Relief: .010
Bridge: 1/8 inch off the body
Action: 5/64 inch on the Bass E string and 4/64 inch on the Treble E string
Pickup Height: 5/64 inch on both Bass and Treble E strings

I took my measurements by capoing the first fret to take the nut out of the equation.

How do you have your guitar setup?

My HSS strat has almost the same setup, .012 relief, 1/8 bridge, 5/64 on the bass, but slightly lower on the high e string, as low as i can get it without noting out on bends

Nice. From what I've read that's pretty close to how Stevie Ray Vaughn had his setup. I think it was 6/64 on the bass and 5/54 on the high e though. He also had his pickups super close to the strings as well.
