I agree with the pendulum. Bullet For My Valentine Scream Aim Fire is a good one for me. But my workouts are feeble.

if you're into dance try to find an Eddie Halliwell mix, or get something like Armin Van Buuren's ASOT 2005 or Tiesto's ISOS 6....
Either that or some Metallica or Iron Maiden

Definitely Children Of Bodom

Bastards Of Bodom, would work pretty nice especially if you sing a long in the Chorus; it's got one of those melodic powerful shout-like chorus(es)

"Ride the Lightning" by Metallica
"Right Side of the Bed" by Atreyu
"Welcome Home" by Coheed and Cambria

Thrash metal, end of discussion.

Walk - Pantera should definitely be on your CD. Also I have worked out to "Pursuit by Vikings" by Amon Amarth, and it's works pretty good too. But it really depends on your musical taste. Oh and I see... RATM/Eye o the Tiger, well then I guess Walk and almost every song from Master of Puppets. One of them should be "The Thing That Should Not Be", perfect for working out, slow and heavy like you want it to be.
