I have a park G25R and i'm thinking of chopping up the wood and taking out the speaker, making an extra output for a speaker/ line out and using it as a vocal amp or somethign like that, would it work?

Why not just buy a PA? The G25R is only a 15 watt amp, so it's not like you're going to get a whole lot of sound out of it. Personally, I think I'd leave it as a guitar amp and not even attempt to hack it and turn it into something it wasn't designed for.
