Your not gonna get anything decent with 200 watts for $350. I suggest looking at around $400 to $500.

Actually Harke makes some great bass amps that are fairly affordable. Check your local new & used place and see if they have any. As far as a combo you'll end up spending more then you would on a head (our bassist got a 250w head and a 4x12 cab, both Hartke, for around $350). The best advice I can give you is shop around as much as possible and look for deals.

Acoustic B200 Combo. I have an Acoustic bass amp and they are awesome. Luckily for you it's also just within your price range.
