Just been listening to it. Are you sure it has a capo on the 5th?
From the first few bits of the intro it sounds right with it on the 5th and just changing the root note of an E shape, but then it sounds like he hammers onto what should be the open string (in standard tuning, A string, 2h5).

Can't keep up with what's played under his vocals though at the moment.

Try the G shape with the capo on the 2nd fret. Judging by the intro it seems to go something along these lines...
