Hi as i stated in my other thread i want an RR3 but i will not be able to get rid off it unless i get rid off my Indie Strat which costs £110 which isn't much but i may be able to have the rest of the Money anyway, the question at hand is my Strat.

This is the Current Issue.

My Brother has dented my Guitar by Toppling over my Snare Drum resulting in a very big chip on my guitar, i want to get this fixed because if i don't i cannot get rid of it and maybe not get the RR3 and result in a JS30 which isn't that bad but i like the feel of the Rhoads and the playing style

Another Question is may someone specify the RR3's pick-ups do they use EMG's or do they use Seymour Duncans?

Thanks

Save the money up for a new amp. It's the core of your tone, and while you might be buying a new guitar solely for playability purposes, that's not the point.
For that guitar, you could probably get £40 - £60, including drop in price from the chip. You might get more, I dunno.

The Issue is i want to get it repaired. how much would that cost?

Dude, I don't think it would cost that much. Check around at your local car detail shops. Some of them work on guitars.

They could probably blend the paint or help you blend the paint I think is why they're suggesting that. A poly finish won't be super easy to patch up, but they should be able to match the color.

Am I alone in liking banged up Strats? They just seem like perfect blues guitars when it looks like they've been run over.
