I gave a cocktail site my email to add to their newsletter, today I recieve a notice that I owe them 56 Euros because I subscribed to their newsletter. After looking at the website again I saw a small asterisk above the word "newsletter", and after scrolling down a little bit I saw another asterisk after which "subscription fee is 56 Euros monthly" was written.

Luckily, I subscribed with an email adress I made with fake name and adress from an internet cafe, so I'm untraceable.

However, I'm seriously pissed off that websites like this keep on trying to scam people in the most ridiculous ways. And most people pay, not knowing that no judge in the world (or at least in Germany) hast ever made anyone pay fees for ridiculous things like this.

What are your experiences with scam sites?

Also, the cocktail recipies were terrible.

an example: White Russian:
4cl milk
1cl vodka
4 cl coffee

Leave it to the Germans to fall for something like this.

1. Open My Computer.
2. Open C:
3. Click on WINDOWS.
4. Open the folder "Media."
5. Click on the file "onestop."
6. Listen.

I once got an e-mail from a guy in kenya who needed money to unlock his own money. He promised me I'd get $500 000 if I gave him $20 000.

5 months later and I'm now $500 000 richer
