So I seem to have stumbled apon a website that sells obvious Fake guitars.
But... They are overwhelmingly cheap...

Do you think their is a possibility that they might be not all that bad?

I have played a handmade counterfit les paul before, and It played great.
(It also had coil split!)

I wonder if 300$ for a fake les paul isn't so bad...

No, they're shite.

And remove that link - it's against the rules to post links to scam sites.

Have you ever played one of the payless ones?
Or known someone who's bought one?

Payless guitars are crap.
There are a number of people who have tried buying from that site, and I've never seen anybody actually happy with what they've gotten from there.

question can i use them as eye candy or would i have the guilt of it being fake

and who knows, if you got a great amp, maybe the guitar will sound decent!
But if you want to display it, buy a replacement truss rod cover~!
(fakes have 3 screws, get a real truss rod cover so it looks real)

Theres a big difference between a handmade copy by a craftsman and a super cheap knock off. The knock offs are made with the cheapest parts that can be found. Ive been to china very few people there have any idea of how to play a guitar much less build one. You would be amazed at some of the junk they try to pass off as guitars in music stores there. The ones by epi and squire etc are made under close supervision of people who know what they are doing. So no your not going to get a decent 'gibson' for 249$.

i still think they would be awesome for display
