i recently bought a used peavey triple x, it works fine and all, but the actual amp part of the head (the section that holds the tubes and has all the controls on the outer side) seems to be loose, and moves back and forth slightly. i cant seem to find where abouts to tighten this up, anyone able to put me in the right direction??

also, im gonna look into replacing the tubes, just gonna stick with the same 12ax7's and 6L6gc's, but is it a hard job to do yourself? would i need to get the amp bias'd if im just using the same tubes?

cant help for the first one, since i am a combo man

the second one, the tubes pop out, and pop in pretty much. The XXX is self biasing so no need to have it biased.
