Well I can get set up to play in front of all my grade, and I need a song to play with no vocals, preferably no bass, not too long/hard, and I don't want:
Little wing
Eruption
I cum blood
Cliffs of dover

Thanks.
Setup..:
Fender Roadhouse Strat
Fender Hotrod Deluxe amp
BOSS DS-2
Dunlop Jimi Hendrix Crybaby Wah

But... I CUM BLOOD!! It would be EPIC!!

Um, anyways, if you want a great guitar song, Big Sky by Reverend Horton Heat is freaking awesome, and you don't need the bass or drums to make it work (been there, done that, in fact). You'll have to google for tabs, though, cause they're not here.

Squire Standard Strat rebuilt with Fender USA parts
Squire Tele

Orange Tiny Terror
Traynor YCV 50 Blue

Also, Pride Of San Jacincto by the Reverend as well, I think there's tabs here.

I've played "Cause We've Ended As Lovers" alone (Jeff Beck, btw), and gotten good response from people. Maybe that one? Great powertab of it on UG.

Classical Gas (can't remember the guys name, sorry). That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Band names would be nice too..

oh, sorry. I forget the original, but I enjoy when Johnny Thunders plays "Pipeline", its the first track in So Alone.
and it might help with maybe what style you were looking more towards?
maybe:
"Skunk (Sonicly Speaking)" MC5 - or soemthing else Fred Smith oriented
"Die Young" Black Sabbath
Some bluesier stuff, like "Texas Flood" SRV or "Gear Jammer" George Thoroghgood(sp? dont feel lik looking it up now-they have singing, but not so necessary)
metal? "CFH" Pantera, "Corpse w/out a Soul" Mercyful Fate
blah, blah, blah?

The shred part of soothsayer is wicked hard. last I checked there wasnt even anyone on UG that could tab it (although it is in the latest issue of guitar world)

Most Children of Bodom songs would still sound amazing without the vocals. You can try Lake Bodom if you like.

Just pick an old rock song. Something catchy and simple. Maybe Johnny B Goode or Jumping Jack Flash. You can improvise some solos if you want to show off.
