I know this is never the place to ask for mediacl advice but maybe some of you have some experience of this being avaid concert-goers

On Monday I went to see a gig (Airbourne for anyone who knows em'). Anyway, the first support band were terrible and I was a bit close to the speakers.

I had a ringing in my ears for the next two days and my ear drums were quite sore but it seems to be clearing up now (ringing is almost gone).

Thing is I'm flying on Friday afternoon and I'm worried that my ears popping might cause more damage. Has anyone ever had a similar experience (i.e. flying after temporary tinnitus or an ear infection)?

i'd say your guitar is out of tune, or you are accidentally muting strings that you aren't trying to, or your right hand isn't strumming at the same time that your left hand is fretting, or you could be reading the tab upside down...

Any chance you could get your hands on those bose sound canceling earphones? It might do something, but probably not.
