Though this is a guitar site, I think we should all take a moment to honor the late Mitch Mitchell. He was an amazing drummer that backed up an amazing guitar player, Jimi Hendrix. Mitch you will be missed...
Saw this on the news last night. It came as quite a surprise.

The Hendrix thread in the Classic Rock forum has this in but I'm going to move this to the Blues & Jazz section as they will probably discuss it as well.
