they're called brown note amps.

I checked out the D'lite, their dumble clone, and the sounds at the bottom sound sick.

so am I the only who's heard of them?

Highly recommended!

Yes I'm an owner of the 18W clone and I can say these guys are great. Good prices, high quality and great service. I have heard the Dumble clones on a CD I got from them and they sound great. They sound very much like a Dumble, but has a lower headroom, so they're easier to overdrive.
