I'm willing to buy any of these guitars, i know they have different prices, but i don't know if the esp is worth the price in comparison to ltd yet.
I'll be testing them in about 2 weeks but i want to know some opinions about how they compare each other. I also like the jackson
I curently have POD xt live playing through an old yamaha PA. I don't care a lot for clean tones, i play mostly metalcore, hardcore and death metal kind of stuff

I played both ESP and LTD in a store a while ago. I wouldn't really say the ESP is worth the price difference. Especially since the EMG sound you get is pretty much the same.

I got an epiphone les paul custom and put EMG's in it and to me it plays better than both.

But hey give them all a try...buy what you like best.

cheers.
This is a lie...no reason why...right from the outset

I owned a black slsmg when they came with hz's instead of actives. Even with the hz's, the guitar was super lightweight and that alone made playing it such a joy. Neck was incredibly quick as well

The ESP's are as good for shredding like the jackson? and the jackson for rhythm like th ESP's?

I'd go Jackson, the SLSMG is one of my favourite guitars. I wish they made a 7 string version of one, who knows, maybe one day.

I don't think you could wrong with any of those choices ya lucky bastard . All three are freakin beautiful.

Gun to my head and the money in pocket though, I would go with eclipse II.

It doesn't it has actives. I clearly stated the OLD models came with passive hz's

Got both the ESP and LTD, difference is noticable, however not worth the extra cash.
