Ok so i torrented this plugin for songs in which there is very small pitch problem that i would rather not record all over again. It works fine, but sometimes on areas that this plugin is enabled it gives me an almost flanger effect sound or a decrease in volume. Can anybody tell me why this is?

If you use the auto mode it just changes it whenever it is out of pitch, and sometimes if it's out of tune by a lot it has to change a lot so it makes it sound like that. There's two things you can do:

1) Go to Graphic mode and change only the note that needs to be changed.

2) Turn down the retune speed and turn up the humanize function, it won't be in perfect pitch, but it will sound less robotic.

Also make sure you have the input setting for the proper input, like baritone voice, or soprano. I hope that helps you.

Another thing you could do is buy the software. Part of the price includes support.

Could I get some more talent in the monitors, please?

I know it sounds crazy, but try to learn to inhale your voice. www.thebelcantotechnique.com
