How do you check the memory on a PC? I got my sisters old laptop and she forgot how much memo it has. Id like to know how much music I can fit

Start > Run > dxdiag > Say "Yes" if a message box pops up > On the "System" tab look at Memory, shows the amount of memory [RAM] on your PC.

My Computer and then hover the mouse over the drive.

Lies. RIGHT CLICK my computer and hit properties.

EDIT. Wait I lied, you're talking about HARD DISK SPACE, not memory. In this case hover over the drive.

this man knows what he is talking about.

alternatively,

right-click my computer> click properties. it should say in the bottom half on the right hand side, along with some other system info (processor, OS build, HD (i think), stuff like that).

edit: beaten to it I see.
doubleedit: ignore this post and all about iTzMaTT's and the other guy who said what I did, and see my other post/whoever we all said was wrong

that tells you disk space, memory is something else.

edit: nope, this guy is right, the guy wants to see how much music he can fit. He is talking about Disk Space.
