My laptop's fans have started dying, it seems. Right now they're fine, but today, they started having problems. They will either run strong for a time then take breaks of 3-4 seconds wherein there is no air being cycled, or stop completely and repeatedly try to turn themselves back on again. It sounds like the breath of a beached whale. I've tried vacuuming them out for a minute, no dust came out and the issue persists. What could be problem be? Home remedies, or am I going to have to get the computer repaired?

Could really use an answer.
Being introduced to guns (properly) at a young age is the best way to ensure they're treated with respect. It's the best way to ensure the kid knows that it's not a toy, that it can easily kill people. If you're saying people under 18 shouldn't be allowed access to them, sorry, wrong. They should, with parental supervision. As is currently the case. This is parental neglect, period. Whether or not it was advertised towards kids is irrelevant. Companies can market their products to whatever demographic they please, if they think it will get them sales. If the parents bought it for them, it's the parent's fault. If the parents left it within their reach, probably loaded with safety off, it's the parent's fault. Not the companies', not the "system" (whatever that means), and not anything else. Parents, end of.
le xDDD eipc trulz1 1!

Just kidding, that's retarded.

Utterly off topic:

On topic:
Inst's m- oh wait you said cute faces

Good news.
I read the bill. Take it from me, it was like 65% as bad as you probably think it was.
Inst you changed your avatar you're hot now I'm taking you up on that poop bag offer
IRL stuff I alluded to a while back is occurring for me, hence conspicuous absence. :|
Thanks for marking your spoilers, it's not like I legitimately wanted to play that or anything.

Rynnas is using the size of his country to overcompensate for the things which lack size in his life.
Sounds good but I've done fuck all
It sucks. And I am mildly upset by it.
They could accurately represent their people, that might be fun to try once in a while.
Well, I still take issue with it, albeit in a much more minor way if what you say is true. Beyond my previous gripes, it just strikes me as superfluous regulation.
Welp. I lose.

Yeah the reptilian Illuminati global Jewish banking conglomerates want to see what porn I watch. Alex Jones said so, duh!
Read the bill.

(1) IN GENERAL-
(A) CYBERSECURITY PROVIDERS - Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a cybersecurity provider, with the express consent of a protected entity for which such cybersecurity provider is providing goods or services for cybersecurity purposes may, for cybersecurity purposes-
(i) use cybersecurity systems to identify and obtain cyber threat information to protect the rights and property of such protected entity; and
(ii) share such cyber thread information with any other entity designated by such protected entity, including, if specifically designated, the Federal Government.
(B) SELF-PROTECTED ENTITIES - Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a self-protected entity may, for cybersecurity purposes-
(i) use cybersecurity systems to identify and obtain cyber thread information to protect the rights and property of such self-protected identity, and
(ii) share such cyber threat information with any other entity, including the Federal Government.

There's obviously a lot more, and all of it is equally confusing to read. I'm picking this bit out because it tl;dr's my issue with it. Notwithstanding (Preposition - In spite of) any other law, (including the fourth amendment) a cybersecurity provider can see what you've been doing on the internet. And share it with other "protected entities" (which the bill defines, cba to go back and see what that refers to) and the Federal Government. I understand it's aimed at hackers, child pornography distributors, etc., but it still supersedes freedom from unwarranted search and seizure as guaranteed by the 4th amendment, more specifically the search part. I'm not okay with that.

For the people OK with the bill...the real problem here is that there is no need for a reason behind the transfer of information. There was an amendment that would have required a warrant, but it was trashed...this is basically staring into the eyes of 1984.

I'm no conspiracy theorist, but this week has shown me that the government has forgotten that they are elected and represent us. They are not predestined or entitled to anything. They are our voice, and they are clearly not listening to we the people. This is a broken system staring down the barrel of complete foregoing of rights.

Ministry of Culture soon to be established...

EDIT:

Exactly...there are no safeguards. It proposes to do one thing, but in essence can be (ab)used in myriad ways.

You're going to be called a right wing nutjob gun crazy Alex Jones conspiracy theorist insane person. Calling it now.
I agree with you fully, by the way.
Except it doesn't even sound good on paper. I don't even know where to begin with the type of person who supports a bill like this.

Disregard me, I'm a self centered autistic tard who assumed you were replying to me.
I'll just let myself out.

I guess we shouldn't have beds or chests then, either?

I didn't say they shouldn't exist, you fool. But if the carpet was able to be placed under transparent blocks like beds, chests, fences, etc. it would be an objective improvement.
Yeah, but like, for something like a fence, if you have a room with a lot of carpet, to have there be nothing under the post looks strange. It's fine for whole blocks but, ya.
You can make gallows with it, I'm currently looking at pictures of people hanging sheep and whatnot. I want to lynch me some testificates.
Well that blows. The rope looks alright, should have been what was added initially for herding animals, but other than that complete garbage snapshot 0/10.
Well if it's like snow, which it probably is, you can place a block in it's place and it will look normal. It doesn't work with fences though, hopefully they'll fix it.
I'm on /v/ and looking at caps of the carpets. They actually look genuinely awesome, it's just a snow-esque layer of wool which you can dye and place.
