chris butthurtmercedesiola up there ^^

Even if they got a bucket of bird shit, the dropping pattern is too "natural" to be dumped from a bucket. No, they would have needed to pray and chant until Jesus himself said "ok enough is enough" and directed all the birds in the world to my car.

was your car above a large roof

He's insanely knowledgeable with that kinda super high end stuff. The way I describe it is it'd be like if I was talking hockey and I said sean monahan from the flames is good and brought up his corsiREL q of c, zone starts and iFenwick instead of saying cause he scored 30 goals as a 20 year old. Most of us have never heard of the stuff he talks about haha.

sean monahan gets a lot of ice time tho + pp time. + he kinda choked in playoffs
your neighbors could have gradually collected bird crap and then dispersed it on your car. do you have anyone in particular who hates you (besides your neighbors) .
it's been acting up for me for most of today, it worked for a short period of time after i cleared my cookies though

Currently looking at the Yamaha F310 and the Ibanez PC12MH-OPN...

I can already play chords etc, but have never owned my own guitar and am probably somewhat of a beginner still.

So one of those two or another one entirely...?

Thanks in advance.

from my personal experience, I will never get an Ibanez acoustic guitar. Electric is a different story though. If you're intending on only getting one of those two, go for the Yamaha is my personal take, however for beginning guitarists, I like to recommend Washburns or Seagulls. Seagulls are a tad bit more expensive, but they sound great for the price.
Lol I actually like it, metal version of Radioactive ;D
I mean, it's the best guitar game out there, in my opinion, if you're trying to learn guitar. It's a good way to have fun while playing a game, but in general, there's several better ways to better your playing, and then just play a video game of your choice. Unless there's particular songs you want to play along to, or just have fun, there's much more of a learning benefit to classes, or learning online, etc as compared to Rocksmith

Seeing as how you're an '08er, I would think you'd know the answer to that one. If you read the FAQ, it states that it's not possible to change your user name. You can, however, try contacting an admin. In rare cases, they will permit a name change. However, do not make a second account. That results in permaban.

Technically, you wouldn't be permabanned on the first occasion, only 30 day ban. The multi would be permabanned, but not the original until, I believe, the third offence.
Make sure you use as many fingers as possible to bend to get the proper strength needed. Even if that means three fingers, in one of my created solos I use four fingers..
You mentioned your wrist hurting. The way you strum the guitar can actually hurt the wrist. It's know as an Extensor Carpi Ulnaris and Tendon Subluxation. This basically is overuse of the wrist, and strumming it the wrong way will lead to this injury, a friend of mine had it, and could not play guitar for 6 months and had to have surgery. Best to get rid of that habit. Best of luck.

Does that work? If so, that's really messed up

I somehow doubt it'll work, but it's worth a shot to ship him back to Canada. He's a disgrace to me and my fellow Canadians.........

Welcome! Feel free to ask anyone anything, most of us here are super nice and full of goof information!

Pretty much, yeah.

Actually, I've often thought of going back and posting a guitar cover for all of my songs. It would be pretty cool if it could be embedded. I've done a couple. And I'd imagine it would be pretty helpful. I'd imagine anyways. Again, tabber's perspective.

It would be a LOT of work for me though. Maybe if I could earn something for it? UG points? Idk. Just something to keep us motivated and appealed.

Maybe similar to people who write articles on this website, you could get payed.

Asecretchord, first of all thanks for the reply to a complete and almost hopeless beginner. The guitar I purchased is a second-hand and the seller offered his amplifier for sale as well which I bought. The amplifier is a Kustom, it looks quite old and rusty. Anyway, I can see six different settings on the amplifier; the first two are part of the overdrive, then there is a clean one, and three for the equalization. Moreover there is an on button too on it. Bearing in mind I am a third-day beginner I don't expect to unleash mighty notes but still. Thanks again.

Well do you know the seller? He could of kinda screwed you over. The first thing you should do is try and work out where the buzzing is coming from. Sometimes the buzz can be at the head of the guitar, where some of the extra string is touching somewhere causing a buzz. If that's not it, and you're sure it's not contacting anywhere it shouldn't be, then the problem has to do with the height of the strings above the fretboard. Was there any buzz before? If not, something has happened within the neck which has caused it to bend or change angle. Your best course of action is definitely to take it to a shop to get looked at. And is this an electric or acoustic guitar?
Avoid First Act and Rogue, they're cheaply made, and won't last. If you spend 100 more dollars you could get a better guitar that will last you a lifetime. My choice, would be a squier. I always choose this pack when beginners ask me. '

Good luck
Busking always seems like fun, but as theogonia said, it is costly. I busked twice for five hours each day, and made twenty bucks on it total..... Just not worth it sometimes.

We try to make our web site better for our users. Please reply on few short questions:
1. Do you satisfied with the quality of our tabs?
2. We have a lot of versions of one tab and are you intetested in it? Or do you need some more versions or may be division of this versions by complexity or some other options?

If you have some comments or suggestions for our tabs please feel free to tell us about it.

is this about the wiki idea to add to UG?

Edit: If it is: I think there's something to be said about the 'ego' factor mentioned for this topic. People are going to get pissed because they think it's perfect. Even looking at the 'Say Something', that is number two on the top 100. That tab is completely incorrect in regards to the verse. F#m instead of A, suggestions have been made in the comments, and I sent a PM, but no reply. I think this is where the wiki system would benefit. Here's the tab I was talking about. http://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/a/a_great_big_wor ld/say_something_ver2_crd.htm

Same case here: http://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/a/avicii/wake_me_ up_crd.htm

Number 14 on the top 100, but it is incomplete and incorrect, and that could easily mislead beginning musicians who do not know the difference, and that do not read the comments. The wiki system would help here for sure. I'm 14 now, but when I used this site, without registering, when I was 9, I was mislead by a lot of tabs, and that pushed my playing skills behind a lot.

Going to who should be able to edit: I think 50 or 75 tabs should be the minimum to who can edit. That way the people who are editing are experienced.

Edit 2: For those who don't know what I mean by the "Wiki" idea, look at this thread:

My headphones are open backed, so the eliminate absolutely zero outside sound Sometimes I forget I have them on cause I can hear everything fine with or without them.

I do like how warm they keep my ears though

And then you go outside and get hit by a bus because you couldn't hear it honking at you

I'd live in headphones if I could. I love the quiet of having headphones on with no music playing.

And bacteria growing the insides of your skin and eating your insides alive, correct?

Yeah headphones make me and my hair feel very uncomfortable with this and when I'm just wearing them for a long time and I hate it.

Every hour you wear headphones, the bacteria in your ears increased 700 times the original amount.....

Edit: When you put on headphones, you cover your ears from the natural air, which increases production of bacteria by 700% in 1hr. Your ear drum naturally can not bear influx of bacteria in that quantity so it starts to react by paining or hearing loss in long term.

Find some acorns, squirrels like those, so chipmunks have to like them
Tanglewood is a good brand, and the buzzing noise, it could be several things. First off, what is your amp, I highly doubt it's the problem, but that could help to know if it is. Make sure to check your amp cables that they're put in all the way. But it could also be a grounding issue. How bad is the noise on a scale of 1 to 10? And lastly, welcome to the forum

I appreciate your help in this. The tab at issue seems to be in UG limbo. It's gone from the TPA list, but it appears in my contributions page as pending approval. I've been waiting for it to disappear but it looks like it's not, so be aware of it in case it can cause trouble.

I've resubmited the tab yet again and I've also resubmitted another Beatle tab that was treated the same way. They are both chet style versions that different from any other rendition that is currently on the list. If that isn't enough and you don't want the tab, I understand, but I'd still like to know what nixed it so that I don't bother with similar submissions in the future. Whatever your judgement is, I have to contend that they are not spam, advertising, profanity or anything else that blatantly violates tab policy as in the link you cite. They therefore do not deserve to be removed within minutes of their submission with no explanation. I further maintain that tab moderators regardless of their workload should not do this. It is indeed offensive (put yourselves in our shoes) and doesn't advance your cause as you wind up with more work on the WTF list and more consternation and resentment among contributors.

Anyway, thank you for your help. The links are below:

http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/home/tab_detail.php?tabid=1458514

http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/home/tab_detail.php?tabid=1458798

PS It's now a couple of hours after submission. The Mad Moderator has removed When I'm Sixty Four from consideration again --not before someone voted to accept it though. The original Maxwells Silver Hammer is off the list. When I tried re submitting it a couple of hours ago as requested by Emad, the original was just brought up again.

Thus both tabs are off the TPA list and both are still listed as pending approval on my contribution list.
I am still without an explanation.

First tab I couldn't open, second was good, nice work.
Can you clarify what the problem is.. Everyone has full access to tabs, even people who aren't members.
Welcome to the forum! Feel free to ask any questions about equipment, we'll love to help you out

EDIT: Just looked it up, only the indoor events are taking place in the city. The rest are being held in the Caucasus Mountains.
