To all the people who said no; if heroine became legal tomorrow, would you go out and do it? No? Thats because when people don't do drugs, its rarely ever due to their legality, its more to do with the fact that they don't want to be drug addicts, and if people want to do heroine, they will find a way to do it. If it would legalised, at least people would be less scared to get help when they become addicted, plus a lot of money could be made off tax, which would be helpful right about now.
I love how women are complaing now the retirement age for women is being raised to the same as mens. I saw some "femminist" on the news the other day complaining about, completely missing the irony that they are now equal to men.
I'm all for equality, but you gotta take the good with the bad.
I like the idea, but I think its a bit hypocritical of the government to spend £250m on changing the voting system whilst saying that they can't afford to keep public sector workers employed. So I'll probably vote no.
I hope it can be a positive event for you. Sorry if you've mentioned it ITT, I've been less present than I like lately, but do you mind if I ask what for? and why you "have" to go?
Because she found my suicide note from a few days ago(I didn't actually go through with it, obviously) and I kind of had a bit of a break down. But come to think of it, I don't "have" to go at all. I probably should though, IDK.
On Sundays I sit around on the computer in trackies and a dressing gown being hungover, regretting the stupid shit I did on Friday and Saturday and doing the homework I should have done ages ago. :shrugs:
This probably belongs in the relationship thread, but I like you guys better so ima ask here. How do you keep a conversation alive via text. Once I get past "u ok" and "wuu2" I'm stumped. Damn my awkwardness!
Actually I was talking about leaving it too long. I got this girls number a couple of weeks ago and I haven't bothered to contact her(mainly because I hate texting with a passion), but now I want to I'm worried she might thinks its a bit weird.
I'm in two minds about going tomorrow. On the one hand, if university fees were raised, it would put me off going and jepodise my future. On the other hand, I don't really see the protests changing anything.
I'd agree that alcohol is more harmful to other people: lets face it, drunk people are douchebags. I wouldn't go as far as to say its more harmful to the user though, heroine is cut with all kinds of nasty shit and really ****s up your body.
